iBirdOS Privacy Policy — Effective March 2026

1. Information: We collect information you provide when creating an account, including name, email, business name, phone number, and payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information: We use your information to provide and improve iBirdOS services, process payments, send product updates and food safety alerts, and respond to support requests.

3. Data Security: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Food Safety Alerts: With your consent, we send FDA and USDA food safety recall alerts to your registered email address.

5. Third Party Integrations: iBirdOS connects to third-party services including Toast, Square, Sysco, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Wave and Intuit. Each service has its own privacy policy.

6. Your Rights: You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@ibirdos.com.
