Return and Refund Policy

iBirdOS Terms & Conditions — Effective March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using iBirdOS, you agree to these terms. iBirdOS is operated by ANS Corporation, Redmond, Washington.

2. Subscription Plans: iBirdOS offers three plans: Personal Chef ($99/mo), Restaurant ($299/mo) and Enterprise ($999+/mo). All plans include a 30-day free trial. After trial, subscription auto-renews monthly.

3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until end of billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use: iBirdOS is for food service business operations only. You may not resell, reverse engineer or misuse the platform.

5. Data Ownership: You own your business data. iBirdOS uses anonymized and aggregated data to improve AI yield predictions across the platform.

6. Liability Limitation: ANS Corporation is not liable for business losses resulting from system downtime, data errors, or integration failures beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
